评价罗氏芬对小儿细菌性感染疾病的有效性和安全性。方法:通常情况下患儿静注或静滴罗氏芬,25～80mg/(kg·d),疗程14天,新生儿剂量按20～50mg/(kg·d),败血症和脑膜炎患者开始剂量可达100mg/(kg·d)。记录治疗前后体温、咳嗽、呼吸及肺啰音情况,同时测定血常规,对部分患儿检查肝功能,进行咽拭子细菌培养及药敏试验。结果:罗氏芬治疗小儿细菌性感染总有效率为92.59％;退热时间平均为3.7天;咳嗽和肺啰音消失时间平均分别为4.2天和4.7天;30例患儿共检出细菌14株,对罗氏芬均敏感;未见明显毒副反应。结论:罗氏芬是一种高效、安全的抗生素。
