1985年7月3日～9日在吉林省延边地区安图县自河镇召开了东北三省第三届眼科学术会议。出席会议三省正式及列席代表共160人,吉林省医学会副会长王殿甲和省眼科学会主任委员董世范指导会议的召开。应邀参加会议的有协和医院胡铮、劳远琇教授、友谊医院马世英副教授并做了专题讲座。还有郑州、广州、武汉等省市代表参加并做了学术报告。这次学术会议共推选论文110篇。①防盲:黑龙江省依安县介绍建立防盲工作三级网,使双眼盲率降到0.1%;哈医大一院在双城县建立防盲档案及动态观察;吉林省盲目及低视力流行病调查等。②青少年近视、弱视防治:吉林医学院的近视防治体检方法,哈医大一院屈光参差
