对人参根总皂甙及人参根乙醇提取物进行了致突试验与抗突变效应的研究。结果表明二者在活化与非活活化情况下均无致突变作用,且都有明显的抗突变效应。
The susceptibility test and anti-mutation effect of ginseng root saponins and ginseng root ethanol extracts were studied. The results showed that both of them had no mutagenic effect in the activation and non-living activation conditions, and all had significant antimutagenic effect.
