探索双足大拇指甲皱微循环与脑部相关性

目的探讨双足大拇指甲皱微循环与脑部的相关性。方法 以脑部确诊病变者为对照组(1)包括帕金森氏病1人,脑垂体肿瘤患者3人,脑萎缩患者1人,小儿多动症1人,共5人:脑部有病痛未确诊者9人作为观察组;以脑部无不适的年轻者作为健康对照组(2)计11人。观察双足大拇指微循环的形态差异和手、足微循环的形态差异(左、右手无名指按“双指全息法”检查),找出足微循环与脑部有否相关。结果对照组(1)除一患者未见异常外(为垂体肿瘤患者,做核磁共振检查未见异常,凭催乳素检查异常作定论),其余均见异常;帕金森氏病患者(男),左足见管襻重度螺旋扭曲,患者左侧颤抖;两例女性垂体肿瘤患者均见大片管襻螺旋扭曲,尤其可见大量乱网状静脉丛,肿瘤越大,特征越明显;脑萎缩者(女),双足微血管明显收缩;小儿多动症者(女),为左足部分管襻呈螺旋状和少量静脉丛。健康对照组(2)中管襻异常者极少。大部分为发卡状或轻度收缩、扭曲,左、右足可见差异、观察组中可见到多数人单足管襻异常,但静脉丛少,畸形管襻相比对照组(1)较少,但其中一患者左足管襻严重畸变,出血明显,两周后昏厥致脑外伤庄院。但一脑梗塞痊愈者(愈两年后)、一脑外伤者(术后二十年)、一脑肿瘤(良)摘除者 Objective To investigate the correlation between thumb wrinkle microcirculation and brain in thumbs. Results The control group (1) except for one patient without abnormalities (for patients with pituitary tumors, no abnormal MRI examination, with prolactin check for abnormalities), the remaining were abnormal; patients with Parkinson’s disease (male), In the left foot, severe helical twisting of the tube was observed, and the patient left trembled. Two patients with pituitary tumors were found to have spiral distortion of the helical tube. In particular, a large amount of chaotic reticular venous plexus was found. The larger the tumor was, the more obvious the characteristic was. , Bipedal capillaries significantly contracted; ADHD children (female), part of the left foot was a spiral tube and a small amount of venous plexus. In the healthy control group (2), there were very few abnormalities in the tube.
