在大多数的职业高中中,学生只是注重学习一技之长,而忽视了其他学科的学习,尤其是英语。在教学过程中,更是没有重视英语阅读能力的培养,导致了在职业高中上学的学生渐渐脱离了英语的学习。英语阅读在英语的学习过程中,起着重要的作用,是读者利用自己已经掌握的英语知识来进行对一篇文章的解读,并从中获取新的信息,很多职业院校忽视了英语阅读能力培养的重要性,以传统的应试教育来进行教学。本文针对英语阅读能力培养的重要性,分析了当代职业高中英语学习的现状,探究了一些职业高中英语阅读能力培养的方法。
In most vocational high schools, students only focus on learning skills and neglect the learning of other subjects, especially English. In the teaching process, there is no emphasis on the cultivation of English reading ability, leading to students in vocational high school graduation from English learning. English reading plays an important role in the learning process of English. The readers use the knowledge of English that they have mastered to interpret an article and gain new information from it. Many vocational colleges ignore the cultivation of English reading ability The importance of education to the traditional examination-oriented education. In view of the importance of cultivating English reading ability, this paper analyzes the present situation of English learning in contemporary vocational high schools and explores some methods of cultivating English reading ability in vocational high schools.
