肽6A(Peptide 6A,P6A)和 RGDS 是纤维蛋白(原)的体内降解肽片段,分别来源于纤维蛋白 B_β链的 N 端(43—47)和 A_α链的第95—98或第572—575位的氨基酸残基。实验表明,P6A 和 RGDS 具有扩张血管和/或抑制血栓形成等多种生物学效应,但其作用机理有待阐明.目前,关于 P6A 和 RGDS 对心肌的作用未见报道.本工作在离体大鼠心叽缺血-再灌注损伤模型上观察 P6A 和 RGDS 对心肌肌浆网(Sarcoplasmic reticulum,SR)
