会上,中国社科院信息化研究中心秘书长姜奇平发表了以《大数据下的智慧城市建设》为主题的精彩演讲,他结合大数据的发展特征阐释了其与智慧城市发展的关系和影响。他提出,建立智慧城市要以人为本建立智慧之魂,并且以意义为中心看待大数据的兴起,同时为服务赋予意义,如果说传统服务提供有价值的服务,即服务于生存发展,那么智慧化服务则提供有意义的服务——服务于人的幸福、服务于中国梦。
