本期与读者见面已是新世纪的开始。过去我们有许多不足,但我们将在新世纪有一个新开始! 《大理师专学报》创刊于1980年,1999年正式经国家新闻出版署批准为国内外公开发行刊物,由云南省教育委员会主管,大理师范高等专科学校主办。国际标准刊号为IBBN1008-9748;国内统一刊号为:CN53-5057/C4;邮局订阅发行代号:64-72。作为省级公开发行的高校学术刊物,我们将在新世纪呈现给广大读者一个崭新的风貌:采用大开本彩色封面印刷;开辟一批与地方经济建设、中学教学等紧密相关的栏目;公开征集部分刊发的论题、论文;采用匿名审稿,校内外作者一视同仁;与兄弟学校、友邻单位紧密合作,编辑各种专题、专辑等;采取订一赠一的订阅鼓励政策,优先刊发订阅作者的合格稿件……
