目前高、中频火焰表面淬火的冷却介质大都采用自来水。对于合金钢之类,为了防止产生裂纹,有的厂矿采用不同浓度的乳化液或聚乙烯醇作为冷却剂。虽能取得一定效果,但成本高、使用范围窄,并且根据不同材料来采用不同浓度的配比,对现场生产有局限性,困难也很大。喷雾或喷气冷却淬火新工艺比较简便、经济且能调节冷却速度大小,同时能确保淬火质量,防止产生表面裂纹,可达到以工艺稳定质量的目的。两年来,我厂一直把这一新工艺应用于生产中。
At present, high frequency, medium frequency flame surface quenching cooling medium mostly used tap water. For alloy steel and the like, in order to prevent the occurrence of cracks, some mines use different concentrations of emulsion or polyvinyl alcohol as a coolant. Although we can achieve some results, but the high cost, the use of a narrow range, and according to different materials to adopt different concentrations of the ratio of on-site production has limitations, but also great difficulties. Spray or jet cooling quenching new process is relatively simple, economical and can regulate the cooling rate, while ensuring the quality of quenching, to prevent surface cracks, to achieve the purpose of process quality and stability. For two years, our factory has been applying this new technology to the production.
