TMK光度比色法测定矿石中的金,一般均需经过分离富集,有活性碳、“泡塑”、TBP萃淋树脂、巯基棉、黄原酯棉吸附等方法,但时间长,不简便。也有用萃取分离的,但其选择性特别是消除Tl(Ⅲ)、Sb(V)的干扰还不理想。近年来,由于亚砜类萃取剂对亲硫元素有特殊的萃取能力,其萃取选择性高,故将亚砜类用于金的萃取和萃取层析研究很活跃。本文研究了以二苯基亚砜(DPSO)-MIBK萃取金,直接用TMK显色测定,方法选择性较高,且较简便、快速。
