1临床资料患者,男性,20岁,因“发现左额部包块1个月,近日逐渐增大”来我院就诊。入院查体左额部肿块呈鸽蛋大小,质软,触痛阴性,表面皮温正常,无血管怒张。全身其余部位未扪及明显肿块。无头痛头昏等临床症状。X线示左侧额骨下外方一类圆形透亮区,内下外缘光整,考虑左侧额骨良性占位。胸片未见异常。外院头颅CT显示:左侧额部肿瘤,颅骨破坏达皮下,增强明显强化,考虑血管瘤。本院头颅MRI检查示左侧额骨一大小约5.07 cm×4.72 cm肿块,边界清,呈等T1稍长T2信号,
