实行对外开放政策以来,企业与外商合资经营企业不断增多,这些合资企业基本上是成功的,但也存在一些问题,主要表现在:外方投资或代购的设备价格高、质量差,到货不及时;外方不履行原料、产品代购代销协议;技术信誉协作不利,缺乏诚意;外方投资比例偏低;产品外销比例低,创汇少;合同条款不严密,漏洞多等,影响了企业的经营与发展。笔者认为,在与外商合资经营中,应注意以下几点:1.尽量争取外方以现汇投资并限期存入合资企业帐户内,购置设备时最好共同考察、购买,这样既可保证进口设备

This can guarantee the import of equipment.
