万拉法新的CHL细胞50%细胞生长抑制浓度为28.84μg/ml。染色体畸变试验剂量为30.0、15.0和7.5μg/ml。分别于加药(±Sgmix)后24、48h收获细胞制备染色体。结果万拉法新各剂量组的染色体畸变率<5%,空白、溶剂对照和Sg对照在正常范围,阳性对照的染色体畸变率在20%以上,显示出明显的诱变作用。各剂量组分别与空白、溶剂和Sg对照组比较,无显著差异(p>0.05)。结果表明万拉法新无诱发CHL细胞染色体畸变作用。
Venlafaxine CHL cells 50% inhibition of cell growth was 28.84μg / ml. Chromosome aberration test doses were 30.0, 15.0 and 7.5 μg / ml. Chromosomes were harvested at 24 and 48 h after dosing (± Sgmix), respectively. Results The rates of chromosome aberration were less than 5% in each dose of venlafaxine, and the blank, solvent control and Sg control were in the normal range. The rate of chromosome aberration in the positive control was over 20%, showing obvious mutagenicity. There was no significant difference between each dose group and blank, solvent and Sg control group (p> 0.05). The results showed that venlafaxine did not induce chromosomal aberrations in CHL cells.
