各位理事、各位专家: 一年来,在中国科协的领导下,在国家计委、科技部、国家自然科学基金委、中国科学院、中国工程院、863新材料专家委员会、国防科工委等有关部委关心和支持下,学会在前两届理事会打下的良好工作基础上,努力适应新形势,紧密依靠全体理事和广大会员的共同努力,积极开展各项活动,在加强组织建设、扩大国际交往、开展国内外学术交流、承担决策咨询服务、作好信息出版工作等方面都做了一些工作,取得了一些新进展。我们既认真办好我学会的一些传统优秀活动,如两年一届的综合性学术年会和国外材料科学与工程发展动向研讨会,又在原有工作的基础上,不断开拓新局面,我学会加入中国科协的申请已获批准,
Dear members, experts: In the past year, under the leadership of China Association for Science and Technology, the State Planning Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Engineering, 863 Committee of New Material Experts, Care and support, based on the good work laid down by the two previous councils, the Institute endeavored to adapt itself to the new situation and closely followed the joint efforts of all the directors and members to actively carry out various activities. While strengthening organizational construction and expanding international exchanges, We have done some work in carrying out academic exchanges at home and abroad, undertaking decision-making and advisory services, making information and publishing work, and made some new progress.
