医学期刊青年编辑作为医学编辑部的主要力量,具备丰富、专业的医学知识框架,但在编辑出版方面的素质相对薄弱,如存在直接性经验不足、替代性经验不足、社会说服力度不足等问题。结合当前社会对医学人才的需要,建设一支高效、专业的医学期刊青年编辑队伍可以从以下几方面着手:完善知识框架,丰富自身的工作经验;促进编辑能力提升,培养复合型人才;加强同行间的交流,发挥榜样示范作用;充分利用网络资源。
