应用水溶性卟啉显色剂吸光光度法测定微量铜已有报道,但未见到利用非水溶性Meso-四(4-甲氧基苯基)卟啉作显色剂测定铜的报道。本文研究了在非离子表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,铜与T(4-MOP)P的显色反应,反应溶液pH 5.92,经沸水浴加热35min,铜与T(4-MOP)P形成有色配合物,最大吸收波长位于416nm,摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.16×10~5,铜在0~3.0μg/25ml范围内有很好的线性关系,经对地下水样品分析获得很满意效果,相对标准偏差<3%。
The determination of trace copper by water-soluble porphyrin chromogenic reagent has been reported. However, the use of non-water-soluble Meso-tetrakis (4-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin as a chromogenic reagent in the determination of copper has been reported.
