一些现实的经济现象常常引起人们的深思:为什么有些强大的国有企业往往竞争不过集体企业?而国有企业和集体企业又竞争不过个体企业?为什么许多已实行了两权分离的国有大中型企业的生机和活力也并不是那么理想?形成这种种情况的原因当然是多方面的,但是最根本的原因是我们在理论上和实践上都没有认识到重建“个人所有制”的重要性。
Some realistic economic phenomena often cause people to ponder over why some mighty state-owned enterprises often compete with collective enterprises while state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises are competitive with individual enterprises. Why do so many state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises that have implemented the separation of ownership from their ownership And the vitality is not so ideal? The reasons for such a situation are of course many.
