目前已被国外广泛采用的x、y、z三轴心电图,又称正交心电图,被认为最能全面反应心电向量情况,其个体差异比习用的常规导联心电图为小,因而对诊断的意义更大。鉴于正交心电图具有肯定的临床价值,我们对国产7195型心电向量机进行了改装,使F、RS、H三个示波管除了能显示心向量图形外,还能另行同步显示原设计不能显示的正交心电图,从而做到了一机多用。
