中国证券监督管理委员会公告[2009]4号现公布《发行证券的公司信息披露内容与格式准则第27号——发行保荐书和发行保荐工作报告》,自2009年4月1日起施行。
Announcement No. [2009] 4 of the China Securities Regulatory Commission now promulgates the “Guidelines for the Contents and Formats of Information Disclosures of Companies That Issue Securities (No. 27 - Issuance of Sponsorships and Issuance of Sponsoring Work Reports)” which will come into effect on April 1, 2009.
