5.“标准人体”的概念及人体尺寸值的应用。以前我们布置驾驶室内部尺寸(初步设计阶段)时,都是用1:5的“标准人体”样板来比量,借以检验驾驶员的操作空间尺寸是否合适。现在看来,仅用这种方法布置是不全面的。例如:我们若按平均“坐高”来确定座垫到顶栅的尺寸,将有大于平均值的50%的人坐上去感到头顶到顶棚的间隙不够。又如:若按平均的腿弯部高度来设计座垫高度,则对于小于平均值的50%的人就会由于脚够不到地板和大腿下面受到太大的压力而感到不舒服,并且很快就会疲劳、腿麻木。
5. The concept of “standard human body” and the application of human body size value. In the past, when we arranged the interior dimensions of the cab (preliminary design stage), we used a 1: 5 “standard human body” model to test whether the driver’s working space size is appropriate. It now appears that this method of arrangement is not comprehensive. For example, if we use the average “sit-up” to determine the size of the seat cushion to the top grille, we will have more than 50% of the average person sitting on top of the head-to-ceiling gap. In another example, if the seat cushion height is designed based on the average leg bend height, less than 50% of the average person feels uncomfortable because the foot is not subjected to too much pressure under the floor and thighs, Fatigue will soon, numb legs.
