9月5日晚,在北京顺峰总店的宴会厅里,专程从法国来京的法国蓝带美食协会远东区会长古载礼(CASSAMS.GOOL JARRT)先生,代表该会将法国蓝带美食协会最高荣誉奖“总统奖章”及荣誉证书授予顺峰饮食娱乐有限公司董事总经理林锐钧先生,同时授予顺峰饮食有限公司副总经理兼顺峰学院常务副院长冼锋及顺峰海鲜世界厨师长汤才教“蓝带美食优异之星”称号。第二天,林锐钧先生专门接受了本刊记者的采访。
