在本文中,作者研究了我国三个炼铁厂的渣、铁分析数据,发现锰、硫在渣、铁间的分配可能接近平衡,与文献报导相符。根据作者在以前导出的高炉渣内CaO,MnO与CaS的活度或活度系数,初步计算了锰-硫平衡常数与碱度、渣内硫量间的关系,并复算了温度对此常数的影响。最后,根据本文研究结果,对高炉操作作了一些讨论。
In this paper, the author studied the slag and iron analysis data of three ironworks in China and found that the distribution of manganese and sulfur between slag and iron may be close to equilibrium, which accords with the literature. According to the activity or activity coefficient of CaO, MnO and CaS in the previously derived blast furnace slag, the author initially calculated the relationship between the equilibrium constant of manganese and sulfur and the alkalinity and the sulfur content in the slag, and recalculated the relationship between the temperature and the constant Impact.
