太行区的纺织运动,始于1942一1943年的灾荒之年,当时根据地政府号召组织妇女纺织度荒,以纺代赈。山西左权县当时是太行区的实验县,首先组织开展起了妇女纺织。赵春花是第一个响应政府号召的人,她17岁嫁到水坡村,在丈夫的影响下,她很早就加入了中国共产党,一直担任村妇救会主任。1942年太行区旱灾特别严重,为了解决吃饭问题,赵春花带头组织全村20多名妇女成立了纺织小组,并利用其丈夫经营的互助合作社,帮助解决工具和原材料问题,很快从武安县
The textile movement in the Taihang District began in the famine year of 1942-1943, when the local government called for the organization of a shortage of women’s textiles in order to prepare for relief. Zuoquan County, Shanxi was the experimental county of Taihang District, the first organization to start a women’s textile. Zhao Chunhua was the first person to respond to the government’s call.
