A few concepts need to be clear 1, market economy and planned economy; market economy and commodity economy. In the popular view, “market economy” is synonymous with capitalist economy and equal to capitalism. “Planned economy” is synonymous with socialist economy and equal to socialism. Therefore, in the previous criticisms of the capitalist economy in the West, the “market economy” had the brunt of the target and made it a source of grievance. In the current tide of reform and opening up, “learning from the heat” made the “planned economy” even more cold-tempered and even strongly opposed. In fact, this is because they did not understand the two concepts. Therefore, to have a comprehensive and profound understanding of the concept of socialist market economy, we must first clarify
