前几年展开的关于编辑劳动创造性问题的讨论,不仅关系到编辑劳动的社会评价,而且关系到编辑劳动的特点分析,对编辑实践和编辑理论的发展,都是很有意义的。可惜讨论还不够充分和深入,没有显示出应有的影响。现在有必要在已有的基础上进一步研究、讨论编辑劳动的创造性与其他创造性劳动的异同问题,尤其是两者的不同之处,即编辑创造的特殊性问题。要解决这个问题必须对编辑创造的实绩和编辑创造的具体过程进行深入的分析、综合,任务的繁重与艰巨显而易见。本文只想提出问题并作一点抛砖引玉的尝试,以期推进讨论的继续。
The discussion on the editing of creative work of labor published a few years ago not only relates to the social evaluation of editing work but also relates to the analysis of the characteristics of editing work and makes great sense to the development of editing practice and editorial theory. Unfortunately, the discussion was not sufficient and in-depth and did not show its due effect. Now it is necessary to further study on the existing basis to discuss the similarities and differences between the creative work of editorial labor and other creative work, especially the differences between the two, that is, the particular issue of editorial creation. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis on the actual achievements made by editors and on the specific process of editors’ creation, and make the comprehensive and arduous task as easy as possible. This article just wanted to raise questions and make a few attempts to start a discussion with a view to promoting the continuation of the discussion.
