目的通过观察葛藤提取物对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠模型的影响,阐述其治疗骨质疏松症的作用机制,为临床应用提供药效学依据。方法Wistar大鼠,手术切除双侧卵巢3d后,按照体质量随机分组,给药组每天ig葛藤提取物200、100、50mg/kg,给药6个月后,测定大鼠股骨力学性能、骨钙磷量等指标。结果葛藤提取物明显提高大鼠骨组织抗外力性能,增加骨骼中钙的量,高、中剂量组作用相当,低剂量作用较差。病理诊断提示葛藤提取物不同程度改善骨质疏松模型骨组织病理性改变,增加骨小梁数目。结论通过多角度不同层次地考察葛藤提取物对去卵巢骨质疏松模型的治疗作用,提示葛藤提取物对骨质疏松具有明显的改善作用。
Objective To observe the effects of extract of Pueraria lobata on ovariectomized osteoporosis rat model, to expound its mechanism of action for osteoporosis, and provide pharmacodynamic basis for clinical application. Methods After Wistar rats were excised from the bilateral ovaries 3 days later, they were randomly divided into two groups according to their body weight. The rats in the treatment group were given 200, 100, and 50 mg/kg Gegen vine extract every day. After 6 months of administration, the mechanical properties of the femurs were measured. Calcium and phosphorus and other indicators. Results Pueraria lobata extract significantly improved the anti-external performance of bone tissue in rats and increased the amount of calcium in bones. The effects of high and medium dose groups were comparable, and the low dose effect was poor. The pathological diagnosis suggested that Gegen extract could improve the pathological changes of bone tissue in osteoporosis models and increase the number of trabecular bone. Conclusion The effect of extracts of Pueraria lobata on the osteoporosis model of ovariectomized rats was examined through different angles and different levels, suggesting that extracts from Pueraria lobata have significant effects on osteoporosis.
