目的总结眼科手术过程中,医师自助调节无菌显微镜手柄达到最佳视觉效果的分析。方法 2014年11月—2015年2月,根据显微镜手柄的质地选择适宜的消毒方式达到无菌状态,让某三级甲等医院眼科手术医师自助调节显微镜手柄,根据其对视野的判断及清晰度、舒适度、视光效果,比较巡回护士调节显微镜与医师自助调节显微镜的医生实际感受。结果通过医师自助调节显微镜手柄,其使用的方便性、时效性达到95.4%,调节的准确性为100.0%,舒适性达到100.0%,且医师自助调节显微镜比巡回护士调节显微镜节约4.619 s/次,医师满意度达到100.0%。结论眼科手术医师自助调节显微镜,在临床应用中安全可行,具有较多的优势,且简单实用。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the analysis of the best visual effects of a physician self-adjusting sterile microscope handle during ophthalmic surgery. Methods From November 2014 to February 2015, according to the texture of the microscope handle, the suitable disinfection method was selected to achieve aseptic condition, so that the ophthalmic surgeons at a tertiary level hospital could self-adjust the microscope handle. Based on their judgment on the field of vision and definition , Comfort, optometrist effect, compare the actual feelings of the touring nurse conditioning microscope with physician self-adjusting microscope. Results By physician self-adjusting microscope handle, the convenience of using it reached 95.4%, the accuracy of adjustment was 100.0%, the comfort was 100.0%, and the physician self-adjusting microscope saved 4.619 s than the tour nurses’ adjustment microscope. Satisfaction of doctors reached 100.0%. Conclusion Ophthalmologist self-adjusting microscope, safe and feasible in clinical application, with more advantages, and simple and practical.
