涂层厚度受到限制的主要原因是残余应力，而残余应力的测定至今仍无可靠的方法，本文提出了一种新的测定塑料涂层中残余应力的方法，对该方法进行了可行性试验，并讨论了冷却速度和加工方式对残余应力的影响。
The main reason that the thickness of the coating is limited is the residual stress. However, there is still no reliable method to measure the residual stress so far. In this paper, a new method to measure the residual stress in plastic coatings is proposed. The effects of cooling rate and processing method on residual stress are also discussed.
