长江454轮在79年12月中旬因机务事故造成缸体下部的水密凸肩发生垂向裂缝。裂缝的长度为130毫米。严重地影响主机安全运转,不能继续使用。若采用电焊修复则工艺比较复杂,质量也很难保证,若采用单纯的无机或有机粘接方法,则考虑到无机粘接耐高温的性能虽然较好(能耐600℃的高温),但是强度不高,有脆性。有机粘接的强度虽然较高,但不耐高温,只适用于100℃以下的工作环境。最后,根据缸体的工况,提出了综合粘接工艺,扬长避短在汽缸套与缸体下部接触的高
