中国的《知识产权》杂志创刊了,我怀着激动的心情同广大读者一起对这个刊物的诞生表示热烈的祝贺! 我国的知识产权事业自从1978年以来有了蓬勃的发展。商标法、专利法、著作权法先后颁布,这标志着我国的知识产权已经初步确立。实践证明,专利法、商标法适合中国的国情。商标法、专利法实施以来,累计受理了国内外三种专利申请共15万多件,已授权5万6千多件,有效注册商标已达27万件,1990年新注册商标和专利受理量分别为5万件和4万件左右。已实施的专利项目为社会创造了巨大的财富。商标和专利工业产权保护在我国经济、科技工作中发挥日益重要的作用。值得一提的是1989年11月,中国专利局在局机关大楼里主办了“二十一世纪国际专利制度世界讨
China's “Intellectual Property” magazine was first published, and I am excited with the readers to express my warm congratulation on the birth of this publication. Our intellectual property cause has flourished since 1978. Trademark Law, Patent Law and Copyright Law were promulgated one after another, which indicates that China's intellectual property rights have been initially established. Practice shows that patent law and trademark law are suitable for China's national conditions. Since the implementation of the Trademark Law and the Patent Law, a total of more than 150,000 pieces of domestic and foreign patent applications have been accepted. Over 56,000 pieces have been authorized and 270,000 valid registered trademarks have been granted.
