放射性肾图是临床上有价值的肾功能检查方法。利尿肾图的应用,可提高常规肾图的诊断价值,特别是在鉴别真性梗阻或假性梗阻的肾盂扩张具有独特的作用。本文小结34例38侧利尿肾图的检查结果,并对利尿肾图出现的假阳性和假阴性问题进行了分析。
Radioactive kidney map is a clinically valuable renal function test. The use of a diuretic nephogram can improve the diagnostic value of conventional renal mapping, especially in differentiating pyelonephromasis of true or obstructive obstruction. This article summarizes the results of 34 cases of 38 side diuretic nephrogram examination, and the false positive and false negative diuretic nephrotic problems were analyzed.
