亲和层析对免疫反应细胞的分离、标化和重组是最有力的工具之一,用它可以研究免疫网的细节。然而,在细胞亲和层析的研究上大都集中在细胞上而很少集中在技术上。除著名的荧光活化的细胞分类器外,几乎没有一个系统进行过广泛的技术上的革新。更进一步标化细胞分离的技术标准以改进其重现性显然很有必要。然后,用这些主要的生物物理技术作为基础去确定分离细胞的类型。这些技术可以免去用预先存在的淋巴细胞去鉴定所分离的淋巴细胞,而这些细胞很少是直接对应的。
Affinity chromatography is one of the most powerful tools for the isolation, standardization and recombination of immune response cells, and it can be used to study the details of immune networks. However, most of the studies on cell affinity chromatography are focused on cells with little focus on the technology. Few systems have undergone extensive technological innovations, except for the well-known fluorescence activated cell sorter. It is clearly necessary to further standardize the technical standards for cell separation to improve its reproducibility. These major biophysical techniques are then used as a basis for determining the type of cells that are isolated. These techniques eliminate the need for using pre-existing lymphocytes to identify isolated lymphocytes, which are rarely directly corresponded.
