大白鼠是常用的实验动物,大白鼠脑对一些神经机制的实验研究极为有用。1963年Joachim F.R.Konig等根据一定性别与体重的大白鼠脑切片标本绘成鼠脑定位图谱,提供给实验工作者参考使用。通常实验者参照定位图进行实验甚为方便。但由于定位图对动物选择要求严格,因此在实用上受到限制。至于我国目前通用的鼠种属于杂种,与国外所用鼠种有所不同,工作者在实验中亦发现实验动物与定位图确有一定的差异。有鉴于此,作者对国内通用杂种大白鼠颅骨进行了测量统计,并就国内通用大白鼠的实验价值与不同大小鼠脑的实际应用问题进行了初步探讨。
Rats are commonly used laboratory animals, the rat brain is very useful for experimental studies on some neural mechanisms. In 1963, Joachim F.R. Konig et al. In experiments, workers also found that the experimental animals and positioning maps do have some differences. In view of this, the author conducted a survey on the skull of a common domestic hybrid mouse and conducted preliminary discussions on the experimental value of the domestic general rat and the actual application of the brain of different rat mice.
