目的 探讨先天性心脏病 (先心病 )有无心肌纤维化及其程度。方法 (1 )对 30例先心病患儿的右心耳心肌组织样本进行病理切片 ,VG染色观察。 (2 )采用SDS PACE聚丙烯凝胶电泳测定样本中Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量。结果 (1 )心肌样本Ⅰ型胶原为 84 43 %± 1 0 35 % ,Ⅲ型胶原1 5 56 %± 1 0 53 % ,Ⅰ /Ⅲ型胶原比值为 6 2 5± 5 0 9。 (2 )病理切片观察有心肌纤维化存在 ,它与X线心胸比例有相关性 (P <0 0 5)。 (3)室间隔缺损心肌重塑与心脏缺损的大小有一定关系 (P <0 0 5)。结论 先心病有心肌纤维化存在 ,其纤维化程度与心脏大小及缺损的大小有关系
Objective To investigate the presence or absence of myocardial fibrosis in congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods (1) Pathological sections of the right atrial appendage myocardium of 30 children with congenital heart disease were observed by VG staining. (2) SDS PACE polypropylene gel electrophoresis was used to determine the content of type I and type III collagen. Results (1) Type Ⅰ collagen in myocardium samples was 84 43% ± 1 0 35%, type Ⅰ collagen was 56 56% ± 1 0 53%, type Ⅰ / Ⅲ collagen ratio was 6 2 5 ± 5 0 9. (2) There was myocardial fibrosis in the pathological section, which was related to the ratio of X-ray cardiothoracic (P <0.05). (3) Ventricular septal defect myocardial remodeling and the size of the heart has a certain relationship (P <0 05). Conclusions There is myocardial fibrosis in congenital heart disease. The degree of fibrosis is related to the size of the heart and the size of the defect
