气举技术作为油井增产管理的有效手段,它有众多的优点,因此得到了广大油田的广泛使用,但在实际生产过程中也会遇到一些问题,尤其是对于海上石油生产平台,如何管理好气举井,如何解决气举井管理中出现的这些问题,就需要利用好气举原理,像气举气源、压力、流量的稳定调节,气举阀的工作状态确认等等就必须进行深入的剖析。本文通过介绍气举采油技术的原理、井下管柱结构等并结合锦州25-1南油气田现场气举井管理的实际经验,剖析气举井管理的瓶颈以及如何经过有效的调控实现增产的目的。
Gas lift technology, as an effective means of oil well stimulation management, has many advantages and therefore has been widely used in vast fields. However, it encounters some problems in the actual production process, especially for the offshore oil production platform Lift well, how to solve these problems in gas lift well management, we need to make good use of gas lift principle, such as gas lift gas source, pressure and flow regulation, gas lift valve to confirm the working status and so on, we must conduct in-depth analysis . In this paper, by introducing the principle of gas lift production technology, the structure of underground pipe string and the actual experience of gas well lift management in Jinzhou 25-1 South Oil and Gas Field, this paper analyzes the bottleneck of gas well management and how to achieve the purpose of yield increase through effective regulation and control.
