由人力资源社会保障部、全国总工会和全国妇联共同组织的2010年“春风行动”已于2月25日-4月30日举行,今年的活动主题是“服务进城务工,帮助就近就业,扶持返乡创业”。服务对象是准备外出务工的农村劳动者、外来务工的农村劳动者、就地就近就业的农村劳动者和准备创业的农村劳动者。各地在“春风行动”中,针对农村劳动者转移就业面临的问题,制定详细的工作方案,强化“服务、培训、维权”三位一体的工作机制,为农村劳动者就业提供更多更好的服务。
