宜兴市港务管理处丁蜀港区是集运工贸为一体、储运销为一条龙的专业运输企业。现有装卸泊位107个,14个部门,职工685人,分布在直径10多公里的40多个作业点上,年吞吐量125万吨,操作量280万吨,年营收1900多万元。随着宜兴经济的发展,1990年以来,港区经济每年以25％的速度递增。 近年来,该区着重围绕港口运输生产这个中心,大力推行安全生产责任制,在深化企业内部改革的实践中,在主动找准安全工作的“结合点”上,不断增强现场管理的“渗透力”,致力扩大安全工作的“辐射面”,逐步探索了一条强化现场管理,促进安全工作的新路子,取得了明显的成就。他们的主要做法是: 1.因地制宜,抓住现场管理的“四个环节”: 一是落实安全工作目标“实笃实”,注重可行性。 二是制订安全规章制度“严又严”,注重操作性。 三是安全定绩定量考核“硬碰硬”,注重效益性。 四是开展思想教育“面对面”,注重有效性。 2.因势利导,实施全方位的现场管理。
