The phase transformation process of Fe-based superalloy under cyclic heating was studied by means of TEM. The results show that the experimental alloy is heat-treated at 57 ℃ to 650 ℃. When the number of cycles is more than 60, the ordered phase The precipitation of this phase leads to the hardening of the alloy.
