近年红莲型细胞质雄性不育系选配的三系杂交水稻表现出优质、高产、广适应性、高效等特点,具有很好的应用前景。本实验室以红莲型细胞质雄性不育-育性恢复系统为材料深入研究了红莲型细胞质雄性系的不育、育性恢复及水稻核质互作的分子生物学基础,与此同时,强化了优质高产广适应性红莲型杂交稻选育及其产业化。本文总结了红莲型杂交稻研究的主要进展。
In recent years, the three-line hybrid rice with HL genotype CMS showed high quality, high yield, wide adaptability and high efficiency, which has a good application prospect. In our laboratory, the molecular mechanism of infertility, fertility restoration and molecular interactions of rice cytoplasmic male-cytoplasm were studied in this study. Strengthen the selection, breeding and industrialization of high quality, high yield and adaptability of hybrid hybrid lotus root. This article summarizes the major advances in the study of HL hybrid rice.
