新媒体技术的广泛运用,大大改变了组织的沟通方式。了解新媒体沟通形态对组织内部的沟通满意度以及合作绩效的影响,具有较强的实际应用价值。对某社交类杂志社进行参与性观察法研究的结果显示,在自我管理型团队、职能型团队等不同的团队中,相同的沟通形态,对沟通满意度的影响有明显的不同。
The widespread use of new media technologies has dramatically changed the way organizations communicate. Understanding the impact of new media communication on organizational communication satisfaction and cooperation performance has a strong practical value. The results of the participative observational study on a social magazine show that the same communication forms have significantly different effects on communication satisfaction among different teams such as self-management team and functional team.
