针对非物质文化遗产档案特性,提出保护性开发概念,即在一定外在环境条件下,合理、持续地利用资源,发挥其社会效益、经济效益及其他效益。根据该理论提出非物质文化遗产档案保护性开发的两种策略,公益性开发和商业性开发。
According to the characteristics of intangible cultural heritage archives, the concept of protective development is put forward, that is, under certain external environmental conditions, reasonable and sustained use of resources should be made to exert its social, economic and other benefits.
