板壳换热器在运行过程中会发生腐蚀失效。对板壳换热器腐蚀区域进行表面形貌、微观组织、腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物分析。结果表明:板壳换热器的微观组织均为奥氏体+带状分布的铁素体,主要发生了点蚀和均匀腐蚀,壳程表面腐蚀比板程严重。凸起剥落与局部腐蚀性介质富集及微振磨损有关。管板腐蚀的主要原因为介质中的氯离子与硫离子。
Plate heat exchanger corrosion failure occurs during operation. The surface morphology, microstructure, corrosion morphology and corrosion products of the corrosion area of the plate and shell heat exchanger were analyzed. The results show that the microstructure of the plate and shell heat exchanger are both ferrite with austenite and banded distribution. Pitting corrosion and uniform corrosion mainly occur. The corrosion on the shell surface is more severe than the plate loading. Raised spalling and local corrosive media enrichment and fretting related. Tube corrosion is the main reason for the medium of chloride and sulfide ions.
