当前煤矿企业档案管理存在的问题主要有:档案管理观念落后;档案管理的职能弱化;档案管理手段落后。加强档案管理促进煤矿企业内涵式发展的途径与措施主要包括:更新管理理念,适应时代要求;注重创新,提高管理水平与质量;重视档案管理人才的培养;注重档案管理的现代化。
The current problems in file management of coal mine enterprises are: backward concept of file management; weakening of the function of file management; backward management of file management. Strengthen the file management to promote the connotative development of coal mining enterprises ways and measures include: update the management concept to meet the requirements of the times; pay attention to innovation, improve management and quality; emphasis on file management personnel training; pay attention to the modernization of file management.
