子宫破裂是指在分娩期或妊娠晚期子宫体部或子宫下段发生破裂,是产科极严重的并发症,若未及时诊治可导致胎儿及产妇死亡。自发性子宫破裂与多次妊娠、多次人工流产有密切关系。我院2012年收治妊娠晚期自发性子宫破裂误诊一例,现报道如下。

Failure to timely diagnose and treat the fetus and maternal deaths. Spontaneous rupture of the uterus and multiple pregnancies, multiple abortion are closely related. In our hospital in 2012 admitted to the third trimester of pregnancy misdiagnosis of a case of spontaneous uterine rupture, are reported below.
