构建和谐社会需要管理创新。“和合”是中华民族独创的思想文化,是中国传统管理思想的精髓,也是我们今天创新发展管理科学、构建和谐社会的宝贵精神营养。和合管理是基于中国传统和合管理的升华。今天风靡西方的“蓝海战略”,以淡化竞争、倡导合作共赢而热烈反响于世。“蓝海战略”的对于效用、成本、价格之价值创新整合,与和合管理有着许多相通相联之处,对二者进行比较研究,有重要的理论和现实意义。
