目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸、胆红素、尿酸水平检测在冠状动脉病变患者中的意义。方法 2010年1月~2011年12月,分别检测600例冠心病(CHD)患者[其中稳定性心绞痛(SAP)132例,不稳定心绞痛(UAP)171例,急性非Q波心肌梗死(NQMI)153例和急性Q波心肌梗死(QMI)144例]和300健康对照者血清同型半胱氨酸、胆红素、尿酸水平。结果 CHD组血清同型半胱氨酸、总胆红素和尿酸水平明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。UAP组血清同型半胱氨酸、总胆红素和尿酸水平明显高于SAP组(P﹤0.05);QMI组和NQMI组血清同型半胱氨酸、总胆红素和尿酸水平明显高于UAP组和SAP组(P﹤0.05),而QMI组和NQMI组血清同型半胱氨酸、总胆红素和尿酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论血清同型半胱氨酸、总胆红素和尿酸水平检测对于诊断CHD,判断CHD患者的病情具有重要意义,及早改善其在血中的浓度,有助于延缓动脉粥样硬化的发展。
Objective To investigate the significance of serum homocysteine, bilirubin and uric acid in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011, 600 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) including 132 patients with stable angina (SAP), 171 patients with unstable angina (UAP), 171 patients with acute non-Q wave myocardial infarction (NQMI) 153 cases and acute Q wave myocardial infarction (QMI) of 144 cases] and 300 healthy controls serum homocysteine, bilirubin and uric acid levels. Results The levels of serum homocysteine, total bilirubin and uric acid in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum homocysteine, total bilirubin and uric acid in UAP group were significantly higher than those in SAP group (P <0.05). The levels of serum homocysteine, total bilirubin and uric acid in QMI and NQMI groups were significantly higher than those in UAP (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum homocysteine, total bilirubin and uric acid between QMI group and NQMI group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The detection of serum homocysteine, total bilirubin and uric acid levels is of great significance for the diagnosis of CHD and the diagnosis of CHD. Early improvement of its concentration in the blood is helpful to delay the development of atherosclerosis.
