微油点火技术在国家提倡节能、环保的情况下,它以其节油高、系统简练、投资少、环保且于DCS系统对接简单等特点,微油冷炉点火和超低负荷稳燃技术是用微量的油(20~40kg/h),通过专门设计的燃烧器,点燃大量的煤粉(2~12t/h),从而达到锅炉冷炉微油点火、低负荷和超低负荷稳燃的目的。基于以上特点得到广泛的应用。现介绍微油点火技术的工作原理、技术特点及微油点火技术自动控制系统与FSSS、DCS接口设计。该技术在华能北方联合电力临河热电厂应用后,节油率得到了提高。
