教育科研对教师的成长有着非常重要的作用,是提高教学质量的重要保证。从事教育教学管理的人员不研究管理规律,从事教育教学活动的教师不研究教育教学规律,这必然导致教学水平滞后,教育教学质量不高。当前小学教师对教科研不够重视,在认识上存在误区,方法上存在偏差。必须及时转变教师的教科研观念,保证教科研活动的顺利实施,使教师不断向专业化发展。
Education and research have a very important role in the growth of teachers and are an important guarantee for improving teaching quality. The personnel engaged in education and teaching management do not study the law of management, and the teachers engaged in education and teaching activities do not study the laws of education and teaching, which inevitably leads to the lagging teaching level and the poor quality of education and teaching. At present, primary school teachers pay insufficient attention to teaching and research, there are misunderstandings in their understanding and there are some deviations in methods. We must promptly change the teaching and research concept of teachers to ensure the smooth implementation of teaching and research activities so that teachers continue to develop professionally.
