幕墙是建筑外围护结构,它由金属结构和玻璃板块或单元板块组成。幕墙对建筑物进行装饰,在国内已广泛应用。近几年来,不论在建筑幕墙的结构型式、新材料的应用方面,还是在装饰规模上都有很大的发展。水密性一直是建筑幕墙节点设计的重要问题。为解决幕墙的防水问题,许多专家学者对防水原理进行了研究和实验,总结出完整的防水设计理论。就建筑幕墙工程在工程设计、幕墙材料、加工组装和施工中常见的防雨水渗漏问题,结合工程实际进行分析,并提出幕墙设计和施工中如何提高幕墙雨水渗漏性问题的讨论。
Curtain wall is the building envelope, which consists of metal structure and glass plate or unit plate. Curtain wall decoration of buildings, has been widely used in China. In recent years, both in the architectural structure of the curtain wall, the application of new materials, or in the scale of decoration have a great development. Watertightness has always been an important issue in the design of architectural curtain wall nodes. To solve the curtain wall waterproofing problems, many experts and scholars on the waterproof principle of research and experiments, summed up the complete waterproof design theory. On the common problems of rainwater seepage in engineering design, curtain wall materials, processing, assembly and construction of curtain wall project, this paper analyzes the problems of how to improve the curtain wall rainwater leakage in curtain wall design and construction.
