目的：探索二甲亚砜凝胶对运动所致软组织损伤的疗效。方法：将１６０例闭合性软组织损伤病人，按就诊的先后次序分为２组。治疗组８０例，其中男性４８例，女性３２例，年龄２０．０±ｓ１．０ａ，用二甲亚砜凝胶药膏每天局部贴敷，更换药膏２次。对照组８０例，男性４４例，女性３６例，年龄２０±３ａ，用伤湿止痛膏，每天更换药膏２次。２组全疗程均为７ｄ。结果：治疗组总有效率为９５％，对照组总有效率为７５％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。２组用药过程未见明显副作用。结论：二甲亚砜凝胶是治疗软组织损伤疗效较好的外用药，其疗效优于伤湿止痛膏。
Objective: To explore the effect of dimethylsulfoxide gel on sports-induced soft tissue injury. Methods: 160 cases of closed soft tissue injury patients, according to the order of treatment is divided into two groups. The treatment group 80 cases, including 48 males and 32 females, age 20.0 ± s1.0a, topical application of dimethyl sulfoxide gel ointment daily, changing ointment 2 times. The control group of 80 patients, 44 males and 36 females, age 20 ± 3a, with wet and wet pain relief cream, cream 2 times a day. 2 groups of the whole course of treatment are 7d. Results: The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group (P <0.01). No significant side effects were observed in the two groups. Conclusion: Dimethyl sulfoxide gel is a good external drug for the treatment of soft tissue injury, its curative effect is better than that of dampness and analgesic cream.
